Had such a lovely experience with Laura, I was initially super nervous as it’s been a long time since I’ve had a wax as I’m very self conscious but I immediately felt at ease with Laura since she’s so lovely! It was constant chatting and laughing during my appointment yet the end result is still perfect as she’s thorough and caring in what she does.
