This place must be under new management, and this is not a good thing as I found out. It started with my booking, which they shifted by an hour. Once I arrived, they had me down for the wrong treatment. I was kept waiting for another 15 mins, with nowhere to sit as they had a staff meeting. After sitting there awkwardly for a while and being ignored I had to ask whether I would be seen at all - no communication to tell me what was going on. Things went from bad to worse once I was in the treatment room. They had no foils in the entire salon (?!) to soak off the gel colour from my toe nails, so the lady tried to file it off. Ouch. She ended up filing away part of my nail bed, meaning I had raw bits of skin which hurt. The gel pedicure that followed was so-so: ten days on it is already beginning to look ropey. The last one, also from this place, was pristine for nearly two months. The only plus I can cite is that the therapist was lovely and that she also gave me a wonderful foot massage - presumably to make up for the other mishaps. I won't go back though: as far as I am concerned a formerly great place has been run down.

As a first timer naturally I was a bit wary but Simona was absolutely brilliant making sure I was comfortable and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result! Will definitely be back!

Really good massage, listened to what I said regarding what the problem areas were and made sure to work on those areas throughout the treatment.
