First time customer. The lady that cut my hair was meticulous and did exactly as I asked. I Couldn’t be happier with my cut and finish. Serious value for money! Hopefully next time I go they will have their renovations finished and The atmosphere will feel more relaxed.

Horrible experience! Wasted an hour of my day at 9m pregnant. I went in for threading and tinting.. The woman who does this has no experience AT ALL with mixing the shades and getting your wanted colour.. She wanted to use HAIR DYE on my EYEBROWS!!! she went into another room to make the mixture thats when i got suspiscious because i saw she only had black for tinting and no other colour. When i asked her to bring to me what she put in the mix, i read the back and it CLEARLY SAID NOOOOOT FOR EYELASHES OR EYEBROWS! she said to that maybe it says that but i use it! I was shocked! To cut a story short NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE TO DO YOUR EYEBROWS BECAUSE YOU MIGHT GO BLIND!
If you decide to go with them getthe younger girl to do the tinting and double check what they use.
Ofcourse, i didnt get anything done because i didnt trust anyone anymore.
The rest of staff are very polite but in this case it doesnt make much of a difference!
