The treatment was good and hairdresser very nice, however, I didn't like the way in which my hair was brushed after the treatment. I have tangle-prone hair and it was brushed wet without any product in it, I could hear a lot of hairs snapping which I felt counteracted the benefits of the treatment. It was very good value, but if I go again I would ask to brush out my own hair.

Appointment cancelled by the venue due to circumstances beyond their control. They gave me sufficient notice and were very professional about it.

Men's Haircut
Treatment great. Slightly unfortunate that their salon was closed at short notice due to ongoing building work, and treatment was therefore conducted in a hotel room, but a good treatment still and very polite, professional service.
