There was an issue with a leak in the roof which delayed my appointment slightly, but the therapist was friendly and kept me updated on the situation.
I am, however, disappointed with the treatment itself. The therapist threaded my eyebrows extremely thin and there is a noticeable gap in one. I have had this treatment in numerous salons and have never had an issue.
If you go to this salon, I would recommend you be very specific about your requirements to avoid a similar situation!

Made a busy mum feel pampered. Had the same therapist for all the treatments and she was friendly and welcoming and listened to all my queries and made sure I was happy with everything. Walked out feeling relaxed and like a new person. Would definitely go again. Just sad I didn’t catch the name of my therapist.
