I'm a regular here. Staff are so friendly and amazing, always willing to accommodate and good at what they do. Eyebrow threading is amazing - and I'm quite picky. Facials are great, always leave feeling fresh and exactly what I needed. They use great products too. Definitely recommend

I paid the extra to have hot wax (because I prefer it), and only strip wax was used on the back. I know that it is used after hot wax sometimes but the hot wasnt used at all so it was unnecessarily painful.
It was incredibly quick though which I do appreciate (in and out within 15 minutes)!
