5 star customer services. I sincerely can’t fault
Clean, friendly, gentle
But I learnt the hard way, this treatment isn’t suited to very dark skin, unfortunately this gave me burns.
I could have complained but I’m not in the UK atm.
I’ve since seen a dermatologist for darker skins and this one is a big no as risks are higher

Afi was absolutely amazing and professional and I felt do relaxed! The facial was fantastic and the head massage she gave me was wonderful! Afi will definitely be my beautician from here going forward. staff are very welcoming and polite too.
