I pre-booked and paid for gel nails and nail art but without asking or telling me the nail tech did a bias manicure on me where they told me it would be an extra £18 on top of what I’d already paid. It then had to be cash only so I had to go and get cash out. The nail art was poor compared to my inspo picture but the main problem is that the nail tech drilled into my nails so deeply it’s left huge gauges. I wish I could post a picture now that I’ve removed the gels.
