Not as good as before, sadly. The last two times I’ve come I’ve been given a sore cut on the side of a nail from them being filed too hard and have had to see a pharmacist. I had BIAB and it’s somehow already chipped at the tips which never used to happen. I loved this place but I think newer staff need training in being gentler and paying attention to detail otherwise they will lose customers.

I went with an appointment booked with Ivy, and she started doing my nails. We both agreed to a design and shape that I showed her. 10 minutes in and she was ‘too busy’ to attend me.
Another person attended me. I spent 2 hours getting my nails done eventually which was not even the DESIGN or the SHAPE I showed earlier (as Ivy mentioned that only she can do my design but she’s not available.) The other guy had to be explained the same thing multiple times. Worst experience ever.
