This place is incredibly convenient for me and round the corner from my office. I like that they have TVs on to distract from the pain. They did miss quite a few hairs though so it's a shame that the job wasn't completed.

Eyebrow Waxing
I have been a regular now for about a year (between this location and the Edgware Road one). I hate to give a three-star rating this time around as the girls are great and the service excellent.
I specifically booked requesting one person in particular but I got Raluca instead. I was trying to avoid having her again (I had her once and did not like her technique) but unfortunately, she was my therapist that day.
Her technique is very painful. She is unable to remove the wax in one go. She peels it off in maybe three to five tries and that is really painful. Also, the result is definitely as good as it usually is with somebody else.
I am definitely going back but will be insisting on getting my favourite therapist next time.
Hollywood Waxing
I hadn't had a wax in 10 years as my skin is really sensitive and I used to get broken capillaries every time I waxed. I decided to give it another go as I'm going on holiday and I opted for a Hollywood, legs and underarms wax. I was so surprised! No broken capillaries, virtually pain free and so fast! Like other reviewers said you get to watch Sex and the City which is a nice bonus and the staff is nice and friendly. Totally recommend it!
