Bikini Waxing
Not particularly welcoming staff and they were in the middle of sweeping the floor when I arrived....and then just left the pile of dirt at my feet as I sat and waited.
The wax itself was excellent, in a lovely room, with a film on (great idea), and therapist was very nice.
If it wasn't for the welcome it would be five stars.

The lady that did my armpit wax would always ask me if the wax was too hot each time she put it on. She was very sure to make sure I was ok. It was very relaxed and easy, she put 'Sex in the City' on the television which was a great distraction! and then took the extra care to pluck with tweezers any hair that she couldnt get waxing.
It was the best waxing experience I'v ever had - lovely rooms which made you feel like you were really getting pampered!
