Staff very friendly and professional, went straight through to room, clean and nicely set up, and Sex and the City playing which is a great touch! Took my mind off the waxing. My leg hair wasn't very long but the therapist did a fantastic job, really took the time to do it thoroughly despite it being short. Really pleased with the quality and excellent price. The lady on reception was very friendly and professional too, will definitely be back.

Loving this place - third visit in the last 3 months and this time had the works more or less a full body wax and fantastic as always. However, had the eyelash tint and it didn't turn out as dark as I normally like, it only seemed to be left on for a few minutes. So I'm not sure how their other beauty treatments are, but for waxing this is by far my favourite place to go .
I had the velvet hit wax - best Brazilian wax I've ever had - thorough, relatively pain-free, and three weeks later I have no ingrown hairs (which normally plague me) and even hair regrowth is minimal. Such a nice venue as well, so comfortable and the treatment rooms even have TVs playing Sex and the City - made what is normally not the most fun experience feel like a bit of indulgence and relaxation!
