The bar was very warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly too. The woman who actually did my wax wasn't particularly friendly. She got a bit annoyed when I asked to go to the loo before my treatment saying that I would then be late for my appointment which I think was a bit unnecessary. But overall she did a good job and it was great watching sex and the city on the tv while I had it done!

Can't fault this place at all. I arrived half hour early with a friend and they slotted me in early no problem at all! Such lovely and professional staff :)
