I was met by three members of staff, which whilst welcoming was a little overwhelming. It would have made sense to full in the client form via treatwell or email after the booking, rather than doing it on arrival. I also think this should be digitised, so a lot more efficient. The wax was great. My therapist was really quick and had great attention to detail. Plus very friendly. I liked the way the room was set up on arrival, and having a series of your choice on in the background, if you don't feel like chatting.
