I arrived late because the location is tricky to find if its your new visit. Front of house warned me there was a next appointment and my treatment may not be complete however, the beautician was lovely! She told me not to worry and that she will take her time with my wax and make sure it's done to the beat standard. This I really appreciated. True to her word, the wax was great. Definitely up there with the best I've had and even better than luxury wax bar in Edgware Road.
