As a previous reviewer has said - important to book with familiar faces. For such an intimate treatment it's so important that your therapist makes you feel comfortable and is friendly - which is always the case with the 2/3 therapists I usually book with - Nicoletta and Adelina are brilliant. Not the case with the new one I saw last time.
