I hadn't been in a while so I was extra tenative. She did such a wonderful job that I'm making it my go to place for when I'm in London!
I found the wax bar quite easily thanks to signage outside. The therapist was fairly new there and wasn't overly friendly but this could be due to her confidence with English. The wax itself was relatively pain-free and the therapist made sure it was as comfortable as possible.
