I am Utterly shocked!! I never had such a bad experience in London, the therapist completely burned my skin, face and legs… I told her several time « why is it so painful?! » she kept answering its your skin bla bla bla. She use the same strips again and again instead of changing it and it became more and more painful and more sticky every time she would apply it again with more wax residues on it. I have sever burns on my legs and even on my lips.
