Despite being 15 minutes late, Ugne still kindly took me in. As a Deaf regular, I was already quite unsettled because I had been unable to communicate my ETA ahead of time but I can understand that not receiving any word from myself didn’t help the atmosphere! I did feel as if I was little bit of an inconvenience and was not entirely relaxed during the treatment. I did not get to do the full treatment even though I’m usually in and out within 20 minutes. So I did leave feeling a bit incomplete.
