The treatment was great, Alexandra is the only therapist I know of that is able to complete a facial wax without me breaking into spots - I highly recommend Alexandra. The salon its self; well customer service standards have dropped. I booked weeks in advance at Edgeware Rd with Alexander only to find 2 days before my appointment that I had been allocated another therapist. Upon enquiry, I was told me only orpionnwas to change my day and time or venue; the salon had absolutely NO remorse over the fact that they had messed me round. And simply said “we can’t guarantee you’ll get the therapist you want” - why give one the option then!! In the end, as the Salon was so unhelp I had to change the location of appointment to the Oxford Circus branch. And the only reason why I kept my appointment with the Salon was because of Alexandra. I’ve had several other issues with the salon’s customer service too; they really do not appreciate the value of a good experience or customer loyalty.
Ladies' Facial Waxing
Beauty therapist was super lovely, made me feel really relaxed. She was very efficient and it didn’t take as long as I thought it would. I went during my lunch break from work, really happy about the new location! 100% recommend.
Hollywood Waxing
I greatly enjoyed my waxing experience at the salon. It really didn’t hurt very much and the specialist Andrea was just wonderful and very thorough. It was honestly the best wax I’ve ever gotten!
