Usually see Wafa but it was somebody else. Found her very brusque, shellac pedicure was quite sloppy. Not particularly friendly. Switched manicure appointment to Brazilian wax - explained very carefully exactly what I wanted and this was completely ignored. She just did what she wanted and ridiculed me. This was my first wax and she laughed at me for finding it painfu and did not follow my request regarding shaping. This left me too embarrassed to complain.

Excellent service. The lady who did the treatment was stepping in for the regular person but was absolutely fantastic. Can't fault the service, location was great and room and ambiance was also good. Would recommend.
For me, bikini waxes are always hit and miss. When you find a good beauty therapist, grab onto them with your life! Gemma at Willow is extremely professional whilst also being friendly. Super quick and efficient, the cleanest and least painful experience I have ever had for a G bikini wax. I'll be back.
