The waxing Nicki does is almost flawless but the best thing about Willow Hair and Beauty is the customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always flexible where possible. Thanks!

Jen was fantastic and I'm really happy with my haircut! She was friendly, professional and suggested a slightly different shape for my cut, which I'm really happy with. Will definitely be back!
