Staff lovely and friendly, venue nice and products great.
Hair wash with head massage was particularly relaxing!
Was a very quick cut and felt like more time was spent on the blow dry, was in and out within about 35mins.

I had a Hollywood wax and then a cut and blow dry at Willow and as always both were fantastic. Every member of staff is welcoming and hospitable, not something you find in every salon. Both treatments were brilliant and I left an very happy customer. I would recommend Willow to anyone.

Although we started late, Michelle did a great job! As pain-free as it could've been, very knowledgeable about the technique. Shame they don't do a loyalty card/offer or I'd certainly be back.
