It has been quite some time since I last came here for this type of wax. It was still quick and (mostly!) pain-free. Chatty beautician too - she kept me distracted which was very nice.

The salon managed to double book me and so I arrived only to be told I could only have an appointment that evening (which I had to chase to confirm by phone as no-one rang me back). I was also offered a discount which was not upheld. The appointment took 20 minutes longer than advertised and the manicure lasted 6 days, not even half of the suggested '2 week' duration. Poor service and overall treatment.
