This was my first treatment with Wafa, Willow's new beauty therapist and I was extremely happy both with the service and the treatment received. The wax I had on this occasion was much less painful than others which I can only put down to Wafa's skill! I will definitely return for a treatment with her

I had underarm wax and I have graded it 3 stars. The service was quick and very good. Also didnt have to wait too long.
