Appointment was booked at the last minute and I had to change it - the staff were great at communicating and my nails look great! The Salon is lovely and though the nails were done in the same room as the waxing is usually done, it was clean well decorated.
Gel Nails Manicure
The lady was lovely and very kind but the manicure was a bit sloppy overall -it started chipping the next day in places where the top coat didn't cover the varnish for example. Happy I tried this place but I don't think I'd go back for a manicure.
Manicure
It was the first time I had waxing done at Willow Hair & Beauty. The venue is close to my office so it was really convenient. However after the treatment I was left with a bruise so I doubt I'll ever come back. The therapist was lovely, chatty and very friendly but a little bit too harsh when it comes to the treatment itself.
Hollywood Waxing
Probably the nicest nail technician I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by! Had a lovely chat and she also gave me a speedy and perfect shellac manicure! Great experience!
Gel Nails Manicure
Fantastic experience, booked on line and even got a reminder on my mobile the day before my appointment. Very happy with the waxing.
