THIS TIME THOUGH was AWFUL. Nikki just didn't say a word except from "lift your arm". On TOP of that, she left lots of little hairs in my underarm that she could have taken out with tweezers. Just Horrible.

Very friendly staff! The salon is in a very convenient central london location. Lots of appointment times available. Good selection of nail colours. Clean and pleasant salon

was an ok experience - a bit more painful than usual though, I think the wax was a little too hot. felt fine the next day though and was very thorough.

I had a manicure. Nikki is great, she took good care of me and my nails. I will definetely come back.

This was my third time visiting Willow Hair & Beauty for a Hollywood wax and by far my best experience. My therapist Nikki was fantastic and was so thorough with the treatment. I highly recommend Willow and Nikki and will definitely be returning for my next appointment.
