I wasn't overly pleased with the manicure. It took a long time and the painting of the nails wasn't particularly good - they started to chip the next day. A hand cream wasn't even used.

Hanna was very professional. She did everything the way i wanted and was very mindful of not cutting my length. The colour came out very nice. Very satisfied!

Really had a lovely experience, was looked after and given a great blow dry. Lots of care and attention given. Looked after by lady with Blonde hair (think her name was Emily or Danielle!)

There seems to be a fair bit of staff turnover here, I've had a different beautician almost every time I go! This one was ok, thorough but should really have waxed in smaller strips.
