I had a Hollywood wax with Sara. Sara was lovely and very easy to talk to. The treatment felt slightly rushed but this was probably more to do with Sara being considerate of mine time as the treatment started slightly late. This is the second time I've been to Willow and am about to book my next treatment. The staff are super friendly, the salon lovely and the waxing treatments of a high standard so I'd definitely recommend it to others

The service was much quicker than I expected it to be. I have been to a number of other places for Hollywood waxing but by far this was the most painless and hassle-free experience. The staff was friendly and the venue was very clean and tidy. For the price they charged and service they provided this is surely a five star for me. I will definitely love to visit here again and recommend it to my friends...
