Staff we're friendly however my nail polish only lasted two days sadly however I would be prepared to go back as feel it maybe just a one off

Nikki made me feel at ease and when the wax didnt take all the hair she bothered to take the tweezers and pull out the ingrown hairs. Really appreciated that, most of the beauticians just leave them there.
