SO disappointed with my cut by Sergio. I only wanted a trim with the bare minimum taken off the ends but he sliced through my long hair by running the open scissors down it from about ear height. I have a natural curl to my hair and he should know that this treatment would leave it fluffy and 'static' looking. When I mentioned this, another stylist leaned in and said 'you can just tame it down with serum' - I don't want to HAVE to tame my hair with serum because of a terrible cut which doesn't take into consideration the natural fall of the hair!
Even the blow dry wasn't what I asked for - I told my stylist that I don't like my forehead being on show and that I like my hair pushed forward rather than back. It still ended up pushed back from my face and was flat on top whilst fluffy on the ends - I'd asked for volume and texture. It looks even worse after a night sleeping on it - I'm dreading what it'll look like when I wash and dry it myself.
Overall really disappointed. I am precious about my long hair and often get compliments on it. I was almost in tears when I walked out of the salon.

Had half head of highlights with a cut and blowdry.
