I was extremely pleased with my hair cut and blow dry by Hannah. The service was friendly and professional. The products used were of a high quality and I left the salon with a beautiful new hair cut and blow dry. Hannah was great at offering advice, I would definitely recommend to others and I will definitely be returning to Willow!

The facial was perfectly fine, and the accompanying head/neck/shoulder massage was great. I walked out feeling refreshed and relaxed.
The music was nice. Instead of the typical generic wind chimes or crash waves ambience CD, it was Beethoven piano concertos which then segued into relaxing piano renditions of popular tunes.
Yet somehow the experience was good rather than great; I can't quite put my finger on why. It was my first visit to this salon, so perhaps on a subsequent visit I'll be a little more relaxed and appreciate it more. I'll certainly be back.

Loved how chatty Nikki was - nobody likes the pain of waxing so she kept me very distracted!
Appointment was on time and all was great.

The salon is tucked away from the main road so it's nice and quiet. My appointment was with Hannah and she was absolutely lovely; she was really professional and upfront about the possibility that I might have to pay extra (I have really long hair). She offered some extras as well, again telling me how much they would cost. I went for the toner, but passed on the hair mask. I'm really pleased with my highlights and cut, and she blow dried my hair straight and it looked amazing! Would absolutely go back and have already recommended to a friend.
