Very good experience. Hannah took her time to discuss cut and colour with me and made suggestions. I didn't want anything spectacular - just a trim and colour refresh basically - but walked out very happy. The salon is clean and tidy, although the music was a bit too loud and at times hard for me. Overall service was friendly and prompt (I was the only customer so no wait) without any attempts to sell extra services. I would come back and recommend Willow Hair & Beauty.

The first time I tried Willow Beauty was great - one lovely girl made me feel at ease from second 1. THIS TIME THOUGH was AWFUL. Nikki just didn't say a word except from "lift your arm". On TOP of that, she left lots of little hairs in my underarm that she could have taken out with tweezers. Just Horrible.

Very friendly staff! The salon is in a very convenient central london location. Lots of appointment times available. Good selection of nail colours. Clean and pleasant salon

was an ok experience - a bit more painful than usual though, I think the wax was a little too hot. felt fine the next day though and was very thorough.
Brazilian Waxing
I had a manicure. Nikki is great, she took good care of me and my nails. I will definetely come back.
