Great service, friendly staff. My appointment got moved from what time i booked it for online which wasn't ideal but the treatment itself was very good.
Brazilian Waxing
My eyebrows are 'troublesome' but Shenel shaped them really nicely. I was nervous as it was for my wedding! But they are neat and tidy, and still looking good a week later!
Eyebrow and Eyelash Treatments
Very happy with the cut and colour. The hairdresser, Sacha, completely understood what I wanted. She managed to give me the exact right copper colour and took the time to explain the haircut when she was finished. She told me what products she used and why she used them, but I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. I don't believe I got a special hair treatment (maybe I did), but it felt like a normal shampoo and conditioner (albeit good). That aside, amazing value for money and best colour I've had in a long time. Would definitely recommend!

Beautician was really nice and treatment was good. Did have some issues with the salon not having record of my appointment, due to an issue with the communication between the salon and Wahanda, salon did not have me booked in for my appointment so had to rearrange for a day later, which was very disappointing and inconvenient.
