Hazel is attentive to detail, discusses the treatment if you have not had it before so you know what is going to happen. She is pleasant and friendly. The salon is clean and relaxing. Prices are really good. I've booked another 2 treatments already.

My gel manicure was great, no complaints.
However my lashes are completely destroyed from a bad lash lift. They're in such bad shape and all curled in very awkward directions that it will probably take months for it regrow... The worst part is that it happened a day before I flew away on holidays and there's nothing I can do now...
I'm very upset by this experience because I've been to this salon twice before and my lash lift was amazing.
