Remy was great - really kind and attentive. We both had a few issues with the booking (seemed to be on Treatwell's part) but she was timely, attentative and did a great job.

Remy was very professional and explained the treatment in detail before we began (it was my first time threading and tinting). I had a really positive experience. She also communicated well before the appointment, ensuring everything was in order before she came over.

I have never had a mobile treatment before but after this experience I will never go back to using a salon. Remmy was lovely, arrived on time and provided her own equipment. Very friendly and the best wax I have ever had. Will only use her from now on. Very happy customer.
