I wanted a trim of split hair ends, but she only cut the bottom ends, unevenly on two sides. I could do it myself like this.

I waited 40 minutes but was made welcome, I think the nail staff made the booking. Fairy who blowed dried my hair was wonderful, she did a beautiful job for a very special occasion.

I hate to write bad reviews but honestly this whole experience was really unsatisfactory. I have never had a blowdry where my hair looked worse after and to make matters worse my hair was really damaged as a result of not using straighteners without any heat protectant. i have never had straighteners used in a blowdry before and did not request them…
