Truly a professional and tailored experience! I was really nervous and scared at first but then Ruji was sure to give me that reassurance and just made me feel so comfortable, I didn't realise that my session ended as we had such great conversation, her passion and knowledge for her job is unremarkable! I've had dark, problematic underams for years and can feel so self conscious. I've had 3 sessions so far and my underarms have drastically lightened compared to before! Was completely pain free, love the ice cool feel of the laser. Haven't shaved in months, will definitely be going back for more sessions, highly recommend!

I've suffered with keratosis pilaris on my arms and went to many laser hair removal places before but kept being told my hair is too fine or they can't help with the condition. Went to LX Aesthetics and was quite nervous about the laser treatment. Explained about my concerns, Ruji was very professional and knowledgeable, she put me at ease straight away! We did a quick test patch and honestly, the ice machine was amazing, didn't feel a single burn like previous test patches I've had! Have had 2 sessions so far and honestly between that and using an exfoliating glove when showering, my arms have cleared up by 50%. For the first time in my life, I can actually wear short sleeves and not feel self conscious! Thank you so much for all your help, can't wait to see the end results in a few sessions time!
