As soon as Rujina saw me waiting for my CO2 face and neck laser appointment she gave me a warm and friendly welcome. The appointment started at the exact time that I was booked in for. Once it started, Rujina's professionalism is what stood out to me. She patiently answered all of my questions with very in-depth information about the procedure itself, aftercare and next steps. We even had a little talk surrounding the current products that I use and my previous face treatments for acne scarring. From the discussion, I now have some recommendations on what will best help my scarring. During the appointment, my skin was burning, yet the pain was really bearable because of Rujina's way of relaxing the atmosphere. Throughout the process, she treated me with a lot of care, asking about how I felt and if I needed a break every few minutes. Once Rujina finished with my face and neck, she double checked that I knew what to do until my skin healed fully. Based on only one appointment with her, honestly I can say that she is a wonderful person to talk to and very knowledgeable when it comes to skincare. I recommend her with trust and will for sure return every time that is required!

Another great experience with LX Aesthetics and Ruji! It was like catching up with a lovely friend, I wish it had been longer! Needless to say, I left feeling so much more relaxed than when I'd entered. I highly recommend LX Aesthetics.

I had my co2 done by a lovely lady she was so sweet she spoke me through the treatment and I would never go back to get more treatments from her.
