My first impression of her was amazing. She welcomed me with the most positive, beautiful smile and instantly made me feel relaxed. She was genuinely friendly, warm, and so easy to talk to. Her kindness and gentle approach made the whole experience feel comfortable and special. You can tell she truly cares about her clients, and it shows in everything she does. I couldn't recommend Ruji more! She has such a kind and reassuring nature, like catching up with an old friend, even though we'd just met. The treatment was gentle and relaxing, and Ruji was thorough and attentive, despite having had a busy day. The salon was warm, elegant and very clean. All in all, a great experience and I look forward to my next treatment with Ruji 💕

Had difficulty finding place as its inside hair salon, however when i messaged to Rugina she called back straight away with directions. My treatment done was very relaxed and not felt rushed at all, with professional aftercare advice given before and after my PRP. definately would return there again.
