I had a very positive experience with my PRP hair treatment session. Rujina was professional, friendly, and explained each step clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The treatment was carried out carefully and with minimal discomfort. The clinic was clean, well organised, and the overall service was excellent. Rujina is very professional and made me feel comfortable from the very first appointment. I’ve been back multiple times over the last 18 months for laser hair removal and had a great experience every time. She is very welcoming and I recommend to everyone.
I have seen another review complaining about a broken door due to a recent flood, yes this was unfortunate for her and the salon owners but it in no way made me feel uncomfortable. A suitable screen was used across the treatment room door so privacy was maintained and it in no way affected my treatment or triggered any concerns around hygiene, it was just a few floor tiles that had warped jamming the door half way. These things happen and it’s unfortunate some people will take advantage and try to screw money out of a small business.

My 1hr 45 min treatment lasted 55min. It was not a professional overall experience, therapist arrived after me, no introduction, no hand washing, no door to close in the partition make shift treatment room, a sign was pulled across to 1/2 close. Not a hygienic atmosphere. Felt rushed from start to finish. There was a costly £150 additional add on i was told about the night before which is a bit of a con, plus I was not shown or told I was getting the Zena serum so it could have been anything! I was rushed out of the room as nx client waiting but she managed to tell me the bank details but not answer any of my questions so I decided not to pay until I complained to Groupon about several serious things. However we had a knock on our door at 21:30 same day demanding £167.50 or she would phone police, it was horrific & uncalled for. Everything very dodgy, I wish I had left when I saw the poor set up & way below standard so called treatmentroom & the red flag at excessive add-on & unknown little bit of stuff that was put on at the end before being rushed out! Horrible experience. I would AVOID!

I had PRP treatment for my hair at LX Aesthetics and I’m really happy with my experience. From the initial consultation to the treatment itself, everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout.
The clinic is clean, professional, and welcoming, and Rujina was friendly and knowledgeable. The procedure was much more comfortable than I expected, and I appreciated how attentive she was during the appointment.
I’ve already started noticing positive changes and feel optimistic about the results continuing to improve over the coming months. I would definitely recommend LX Aesthetics to anyone considering hair PRP treatment. Thank you for such a great experience!
