unfortunately this was a bad experience from start to finish There was no consultation. Alex did what he wanted with my hair and the outcome has left me in tears. I have had to find another stylist and am now goin through repairing the damage he aused. The colour is awful and where I asked him for a slight trim, he cut off 2 inches Alex did refund all my money but I do not feel he should be in charge of colour or scissors
