Unfortunately, the balayage turned into more of a full hair colour. To make matters worse it went from the requested natural blonde to caramel..i don't typically like to kick up a fuss but I asked if we could fix it and was told no as “when asked if you wanted your hair WHITE you said no”
I think the stylist has a lot of potential but learning proper hair lingo in English would help improve customer satisfaction. For now I'll need to visit another salon to fix my hair.
Waxing wasn’t the best, the waxing technician put the wax on against the hair growth and pulled it off in the direction of hair growth, this doesn’t make sense and made it extremely painful. On top of this the wax wasn’t hot enough when I arrived and she put it on me anyway. Also, someone almost walked in on me getting the treatment. Just seemed like no one knew what they were doing, but the waxer was very nice and despite her technique, I was hairless by the end. Another upside is it was clean.
