Haircut was very average and I had to keep asking for her to change bits. Wasn’t sure about having it cut dry before it had been washed either. Water was cold half the time when it was washed, blow dry wasn’t what I asked for and my hair didn’t come out feeling soft and shiny, looked dull and like it needed a brush. I showed a picture (very simple style) and she didn’t really look at it or do what I asked for so looked quite messy by the end
