Nelli was often quiet and the language barrier can be annoying when you're trying to explain something that you want. I hate to sound bitchy, but my manicure wasn't the best so there's room for improvement. I wished that the professionals wouldn't talk so much while working on someone's nails since this can cause distraction and it's rude to the client since the job wasn't that good.
