I loved my eyebrow tint and shape as always. However one of the staff members was filming me without my permission, and when I caught them and told them to stop they didn’t even have the decency to apologise. They fit me in for a last minute wash and Blowdry which I appreciate. The wash and blow dry itself was fine, however I asked for loose barrel curls, and they used a straightening iron which gave a very different appearance to barrel curls. The curls dropped within the hour. Very mixed.
