Being introduced to this clinic, I did not know what to expect. I was unsure of the treatment and the skills and knowledge of the therapist. As I opened the door, I was greeted with the most graceful and infectious smile by an enthusiastic professional who demonstrated a willingness to help me. I was physically assisted due to my physical disabilities in managing my way around to use the facilities. It is an all ladies clinic and I felt comfortable. I was listened to and not rushed.
