I didn’t have lymphatic drainage, hence my score. I tried to skip it, but it wouldn’t let me. The infrared sauna was fantastic. A real clean heat and I felt like my pains had gone when I came out. Some have come back since, but it’s my first session of the course so we’ll see over time. The place is spotless and well looked after, it’s clear that Saffron takes pride in her place. Saffron, is great, informative and mindful of each individual’s health journey, so will bears that in mind. Recommend
