I honestly can’t recommend this place enough! After my very first lymphatic drainage wrap session, I felt so much lighter and noticed my belly looked flatter, you can literally see and feel results after just one session. I had 3 sessions of the wraps, and they not only helped me slim down but also encouraged me to drink more water, which I wasn’t doing enough of before.
I also tried 3 sessions of the roller, and honestly, it’s a total game changer. The roller has helped sculpt my body

This is a great venue in a lovely location at the back of Woodgreen. Safron is a lovely lady and very amenable. I have the infrared sauna with red light. When I’ve finished, I feel fully relaxed. Inside the sauna I am able to sit and meditate, reflect, and simply chill, whilst my skin is being replenished detoxified and purged. If there were 10 stars, I’d give it 10!!
