Just had my third session in the sauna and I am now beginning to feel the benefits. My aches and pains are now improving. I have some more sessions booked so will update as the time goes on but definitely impressed so far.

Had a lovely experience at LT Lounge and was well looked after by therapist Anouk. I found it really refreshing and informative the way she was able to explain the lymphatic system and how the drainage works. I highly recommend this place and will be back again soon
