Fabulous place! Lovely and friendly, the roller you lean different parts of your body against to move the toxins up and away ( hopefully!) and tone your shape. The bed is like being wrapped in a loving blanket that deliciously send ripples of squeezes up you body. You can pay extra for infa-red heat which I did and loved! I definitely recommend ❤️
