Finding the place from the station was straightforward and the welcome I received was lovely. I was made to feel comfortable which was needed as it was a very warm day and I attended after work.

This is a really great place for treatments. It’s a very intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
The infra red sauna is great. It has helped with my pain, my skin is silky smooth when I come out, but also as ‘me time’. A time to be still out of the busyness of everyday life. You come out feeling refreshed. I’d highly recommend this treatment!!
