Booked an appointment for 1:30 and had to wait 20 minutes for the previous customer to finish. Treatment was rushed and slightly messy and finished within 25 minutes so next customer could be served. Slightly unclean due to serving one customer straight after the other. However, nails still lasting 2 weeks on which is really good.

The place was quite dark, but when I decided to change my treatment to shellac, Lyn was very accommodating, and had a huge range of colours to choose from. The treatment itself was very well done, and I’m thrilled with the result! Thank you!
