Arrived and stood at door whilst 2 therapists sat in silence. No one to meet and greet at reception. Until one therapist finally spoke. Was seen to by a female therapist that just arrived through the door with me. No communication throughout just given colour pallet to choose nail colour ana told her what I wanted. She got started speeding along. No music in the shop as myself and 2 other ppl sat in silence as the 3 therapists all spoke in their language. Nails look good
