I was informed that my appointment would be rescheduled because they had double booked. I was happy to comply. On arrival, I was told I would not be seen by my usual nail technician. I was unhappy with the way that the shellac was done on my hands and informed the owner that I was not be paying for it. The nail technicians proceeded to speak about me rudely in their language, some of which I understood. I was not rude to them in anyway. Disgusted and disappointed with the service today,
