Upon arrival no greeting from staff, was rainy so the floor was very slippery as they had no mat. No communication between the nail technician and I. Only to ask which colour. She used an electric file to take of most of the previous gel polish, then I soaked my nails. She scraped off the extra but was very hard. Had to tell her to be more gentle. She used the electric file again. No real nail care/ manicure took place. They changed technicians half way, didn’t apologise or say why. Gel application very nice and neat took about 45 mins altogether, but the atmosphere was dead, no communication
