It wasn't 'Amy' but a guy that seemed to be rushing and did not want to listen to instructions about how I wanted my toe nails done. On this occasion there was no real 'pedicure' element as he didn't cut away cuticles and BARELY filed them. I soon found the edges were rough. Worst of all, he didn't appear to properly dry them off and/or didn't let the shellac cure under the UV for long enough so it didn't dry. He had to redo most of the right foot because of this.
