I had Myofascial Release Therapy followed by a Deep Tissue Massage and it was the perfect combination for my sore back.
Lynsey took the time to explain everything and the treatment was perfect, I felt so much lighter when I left 🥰

I look forward to going to see Lynsey each month, she is AMAZING! I literally go into her gorgeous therapy space a bit strung out and leave feeling like I have a new body and soul, what she is able to do in an hour is just wonderful! 😂 I have a bespoke treatment each session, I can personally recommend the Therapeutic Massage, The Indian Head Massage and the most wonderful Myofacial Release Therapy.
